Unconditional 100% Satisfaction

 
We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Return freight is the responsibility for the customer. Please email us about any problems with the merchandise at  sales@kidadvance.com or call us at 1-888-532-6686. All returns must be approved before returning merchandises. Once approved, please note the order number and the reason for return and returned items must be received by Kid Advance within 14 days. Also please note that shipping cost is not refundable.

 

Errors and Defects


In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us immediately at 626-285-6686 or email us at sales@kidadvance.com within 30 days of delivery date.  All errors and defect will be either refunded back in full or replaced at no cost to you.


Clearance Items


All clearance Items are not returnable and are sold in as is condition.


Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your order at anytime before your credit card payment has been charged. Once your credit card payment has been charged, we will have to charge 7% refund processing fee. If your order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order.
