Why don't you match price with other company's pricing?  

 
  • We, Kid Advance Inc., do NOT match prices to those on other companies’ Web sites. Unlike other companies, we do not get our Montessori materials from suppliers. We manufacture our products at our own 50,000 sq-ft factory in Zhejiang, China. Most of our materials are made of high quality solid beechwood and water based paint. The quality of our Montessori materials is judged based on quality of craftmanship. In other words, we are not selling branded products like Best Buy or Wal Mart.

 

 

Do I have to register to place an order?

 
  • No, you don't have to. You can either place an order online as a guest or a registered customer. If you register with us, you can do quick check out on future orders, easy order tracking, and receive our special offers. If you don't want to place an order online, you may also place a phone/mail/fax order without creating an online account.

Is the information I provide at checkout secure?

 
  • The security of our customers' information is a top priority at Kid Advance. To protect our customers from Internet threats, we use 128 bit encrypted SSL Certificate, which will protect customers' personal information during online shopping transactions. In addition, all information given to Kid Advance is kept for internal use only. We do not share, sell or release our customer information to any third parties. All customers' credit card information will be removed after payments have been successfully completed.

 

 

How will I be notified of any back-ordered items?

 
  • We are trying our best to keep every item in stock. We have been always maintaining 99% of materials in-stock for fast shipping. If items are back ordered, you will be notified by email from one of our representative. Back ordered items usually take between 2 - 4 weeks to be in stock. We have new shipment arriving every month from our overseas factory. We will ship the back ordered items to you as soon as they arrive.

 

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

 
  • At Kid Advance, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes, your order may be shipped out on the same day. Please call us at 626-285-6686 or email us to change quantities or cancel an item in your order as long as your order has not been processed.

 

 

How do I track my order status?

 
  • If you registered with us before order was placed, you may check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking the "Account" link above the main menu tabs.  Under your order history you will able track your orders.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification that contains tracking information of your order.

Do you accept local pick up at your company?

 
  • You are more than welcome to pick up your orders during our business hour Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST. Please place a phone order with us first and request your order to be locally picked up.  No shipping and handling fee will be applied to your order if picked up locally.

  • To request a local pickup, you can leave us a comment at very end of your order.  All shipping handling fee will be waived after you have place the online order.

 

Can I place an order with express delivery?

 
  • If you are a U.S. customer who needs expedited shipping services, please contact us directly at 626-285-6686 after you place the order and request for shipping fee quote. Expedited service may not be available for certain locations and may not be available for out-of-stock items. At this moment, we do not offer expedited shipping services to international customers.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

 
  • YES, Kid Advance does offers FREE SHIPPING. Please give us a call at 1-626-285-6686 to see if your order qualify for free shipping.  Free shipping is for all orders $500 or more.  ONLY the continental 48 states of the United States qualify for free shipping.

How do I create an account?

 
  • 1) Click the "Account" link at the top left side of our site.
    2) Then simply follow the page to complete setting up your account.

    Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

 

How do I edit my account information?

 
  • Click the "Account" link at the top left hand side of our site to edit your account information.

 

 

I forgot my password.

 
  • You can click the "Account" link at the top left hand side of our site. In the Sign-In box, you will see a text "I forgot my password", if you click on that, it will bring you to a page where you can enter your registered email.  An email that contains a link will be sent your email.  Clicking the link inside the email will change your forgotten password to a new permanent password.  Once, you have access to your account, please go to your profile and update your acount with a new password.
 
  • Please note: If you cannot log in will the emailed password, that means you did not create an account using the same email.

 

How do I return my product?

 

 

 

I received the wrong product.

 
  • It is recommended for customers to check products as soon as they receive them. We are unable to accept any returns or exchange wrong products after received later than 30 days. If you received the wrong product, please report to us immediately.

What type of payment do you accept?

 
  • Kid Advance accepts the following payment methods:

       Master Card
       Discover Card

    All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Kidadvance.com reserves the right to contact you by email or telephone to request additional identification. We may reject orders if the verification fails. IMPORTANT: It is a crime to use someone else's credit card without their permission. If you use a credit card fraudulently to pay for products at this site, we will forward information to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
 
Warning: Our system does not accept gift cards of the four credit card types.

 

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

 
  • You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in California. Our current sale tax rate is 8%.

 

 

When will my credit card be charged?

 
  • Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

 

 

 

Our Privacy and security

 
  • We guarantee that our site is safe to use.

    Should someone make unauthorized charges on your credit card using information you provided to Kid Advance Inc., you, as a cardholder, are not liable. In fact, should your credit card company hold you responsible, Kid Advance Inc. promises to pay the maximum charge your bank can require you to pay under the Fair Credit Billing Act (7% of the charged amount).

    Please Note: You must notify your credit card provider of fraudulent charges immediately, according to your agreement with them.
