How To Order

Online Ordering

Online ordering is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Select items and add them to your cart. Find the items you’re looking for by browsing through our categories. You can also search by item number, name, or keywords. Once you’ve found an item you like, click the “Add to Cart” button. Having trouble adding items to your shopping cart? Please call us for help at 626-285-6686.

2. Begin Checkout. When you’re ready to check out, click on the “Shopping Cart” link. To start the checkout process, click “Proceed to Checkout.” If you have not already signed in, you will be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or choose to continue checkout as a guest.

3. Provide shipping information. Enter your shipping address information as detailed as possible. Be sure to include an apartment, unit, or suite number if there is any. If shipping to the contiguous United States, we will not ship to the PO Box address.

4. Provide billing information. If you are paying with a credit card, please enter your credit card information and billing address. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If not paying with a credit card, please select "Check/Money Order/Wire Transfer" as your payment order. If you choose to pay with a check* or money order, the payment must be received by us within 7 days of placing your order. If you pay with a wire transfer, please call us at 626-285-6686 or email us at info@kidadvance.com for our bank account information.
     
     • If paying with a check, we will NOT ship your order until the check clears in 5-7 business days.

5. Review your order. Please take a moment to double-check the billing and shipping addresses, as well as the items you have selected. You can make any necessary changes to your order before submitting it. The order total will display the subtotal, sales tax, and shipping charges for your order. Once you’ve verified that your information is correct, click on “place order.” Your order will be submitted to Kid Advance, and your order number will be displayed. An order confirmation with complete billing and shipping information and a comprehensive list of your purchases will arrive shortly via e-mail. You will also receive a confirmation when your order has shipped!

6. Payment Options. Please note we do not accept international checks or Money orders.  For all international orders, the only payment option that will be accepted is a credit card.

You may place a phone order by calling 626-285-6686, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
