If you should return an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from delivery date. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will be unable to issue any refund if merchandises have been received later than 30 days. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us about any problems with the merchandise at sales@kidadvance.com or call us at 626-285-6686. All returns must be approved before returning merchandises. Once approved, please note the order number and the reason for return and returned items must be received by Kid Advance within 10 days. If not, returns will not be accepted. No unapproved returns will be accepted. Also please note that shipping cost is not refundable.

You may cancel your order at anytime before your credit card payment has been charged. Once your credit card payment has been charged, we will have to charge 7% refund processing fee. If your order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order.
