Online Ordering
Online ordering is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Select items and add them to your cart. Find the items you’re looking for by browsing through our categories. You can also search by item number, name, or keywords. Once you’ve found an item you like, click the “Add to Cart” button.

2. Begin Checkout. When you’re ready to check out, click on the “Shopping Cart” link . To start the checkout process, click “Proceed to Checkout.” If you have not already signed in, you will be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or choose to continue checkout as a guest.

3. Provide billing information. If you are paying by credit card, please provide the billing address that your credit card company has on file.

4. Provide shipping information. After you have provided billing information, select whether you’d like your order sent to your billing address or a different address. Please be sure that your shipping address includes a street address. If we are shipping to an APO/FPO address or to an address outside the contiguous United States, your packages will be shipped via U.S. Parcel Post.

If you selected to ship your order to your billing address, you will not need to fill in the shipping address. If you are shipping your order to a different address, just enter the required shipping information in the appropriate fields.

5. Review your order and select your payment method. Please take a moment to double-check the billing and shipping addresses, as well as the items you have selected. You can make any necessary changes to your order before submitting it.

The order total will display the subtotal, sales tax, and shipping charges for your order.

Unfortunately, we only accept credit card payment for online orders. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Once you’ve verified that your information is correct, click on “place order.” Your order will be submitted to Kid Advance, and your order number will be displayed. An order confirmation—with complete billing and shipping information and a comprehensive list of your purchases—will arrive shortly via e-mail. You will also receive a confirmation when your order has shipped!

You may place a phone order by calling (888) 532-6686, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
